We're now just a little over two weeks from the start of the college football season, and Ole Miss head coach Ed Orgeron says his team's quarterback race is wide open.
Last week, Orgeron said that Seth Adams was pulling away from the rest of the pack. Adams has received the majority of snaps in the preseason and has been running mostly with the first team.
However, Orgeron added that redshirt freshman Michael Herrick and senior Brent Schaeffer are still in the mix, and a decision on a starter may not come until the Rebels hit the field in their season opener September 1 at Memphis.
