A 14-year-old in Tupelo, Miss., died from apparent natural causes while playing soccer Thursday night.
Lee County Coroner Carolyn Gillentine said the teen, whose name was not immediately released, did not die as a result of the heat.
Medical personnel worked for more than an hour trying to revive the boy, but he later died at the North Mississippi Medical Center.
