Braves Lose Third Straight

Josh Hamilton and Jeff Keppinger hit consecutive home runs and the Cincinnati Reds beat the Atlanta Braves 4-2. Winning pitcher Bronson Arroyo improved to 7-and-13 and drove in a run in the fifth inning.
Arroyo has won consecutive starts for only the second time this season. He gave up six hits and two runs with five strikeouts. The Reds have won three of four.
Mike Stanton and Jared Burton pitched two and a-third innings of scoreless relief before David Weathers pitched the ninth for his 27th save in 32 opportunities.
Braves starter Lance Cormier is 0-and-4.
