Brandon Landers threw four touchdown passes and Grambling State beat Alcorn State 31-10 in coach Rod Broadway's debut with the Tigers tonight.

Grambling State led 17-0 at halftime and Landers hit Reginald Jackson with a 69-yard touchdown pass on third-and-33 in the third quarter to make it 24-0.

The Braves were hindered by penalties, three turnovers, a blocked punt and an injury to starting quarterback Chris Walker, who bruised his thigh.

Walker was replaced by Tony Hobson and likely will be out two weeks.
