Once again Jerrell Powe has been denied the opportunity to join the Ole Miss football team.
Two appeals committees have upheld Powe's ineligibility a week after the NCAA Clearinghouse made their decision.
The denied appeal leaves the future of the former High School Parade All-American unclear. Powe's attorney said he was planning to meet with his client and a family friend Thursday afternoon to discuss their options.
