MHS Will Host South Panola in 2013

For you high school football fans, you might want to go ahead and mark next September 6th in your calendars. Meridian High has announced it's four non-division games for next season and defending Class 6A state champion South Panola is one of the opponents.

The Tigers will be making a visit to Ray Stadium to face off against the Wildcats in the third game of the season. South Panola, Mississippi's top high school football program, finished 13 and 2 this past season, losing only to the number one teams in Alabama (Hoover) and Arkansas (Bentonville).

Meridian beat South Panola for the 2008 state championship with the Tigers returning the favor in 2010.
