The Clarion-Ledger reports MHSAA officials deny rumors the organization will move Mississippi high school football state championship games out of Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson.

MHSAA officials deny reports the organization will move high school football state championship games out of Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson.

There have been reports that the MHSAA has approved moving the title games out of the historical venue to rotate between the campus stadiums of Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Southern Miss.

According to the Clarion-Ledger, the Executive Director Don Hinton said he hopes to come out with a statement regarding the future locations of championships within the next two weeks.
