The annual Mississippi State Road Dawgs Tour, featuring athletic department and university officials, will be making its way around three states with seven stops, May 5-8, the MSU Bulldog Club and MSU Alumni Association announced on Tuesday.
The fan friendly event will feature head football coach Dan Mullen, who begins his sixth season after leading the Bulldogs to four consecutive bowl games for the first time in school history.
Road Dawgs Tour 2014 begins with lunch in Hattiesburg on Monday, May 5 at 11:30 a.m. before heading down the coast to Biloxi for 6 p.m. that evening. Other stops in the state include Vicksburg, Greenwood and Philadelphia. On Wednesday, May 7, the tour will make its way to Huntsville, Ala., for lunch followed by dinner in Memphis, Tenn.
