Over 1,000 credentialed media will be in attendance Tuesday as Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen, quarterback Dak Prescott, linebacker Benardrick McKinney and safety Jay Hughes represent the Bulldogs at 2014 Southeastern Conference Football Media Day in the Hyatt Regency Wynfrey Hotel.
MSU will make its rotation through the SEC Media Day floor between 9 a.m.-noon CT. The annual preseason event invites media from across the nation and has expanded to four days this year. Mullen and the players will speak to representatives from the SEC Network, ESPN, ESPN.com, USA Today, Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports, Sirius/XM Radio, CBS, CBS.com and hundreds of state print and television media.
ESPNU will broadcast SEC Media Day live beginning at 9 a.m. CT. The telecast can also be viewed online via WatchESPN here. Mullen takes the main podium at 10:30 a.m. CT, and that will be shown in its entirety on ESPNU and WatchESPN. Portions of the day will be shown on College Football Live at 1:30 p.m. CT on ESPN.

The Bulldogs report for fall camp on Wednesday, July 30 before conducting their first workout on Thursday, July 31. MSU opens its 115th season of football on Aug. 30 against Southern Miss in the newly renovated Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. on the new SEC Network.
Mullen enters is sixth season, having guided MSU to four consecutive bowl games for the first time in program history. Boasting a .563 winning percentage (36-28), he is the winningest coach at MSU since 1956.
