Mississippi State and North Carolina State have scheduled a future home-and-home football series for the 2020 and 2021 seasons, it was announced Tuesday.
The two will meet on Sept. 12, 2020 at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh. The Wolfpack return the trip on Sept. 11, 2021 in Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field.
The two programs have not met since the 1995 Peach Bowl when NC State defeated MSU, 29-25 in Atlanta. The Wolfpack lead the all-time series, 3-2. The last meeting between the two in Raleigh occurred on Oct. 26, 1940, which the Bulldogs won 26-10. NC State captured the series’ only Starkville contest, 6-0, on Nov. 7, 1931.
