The Green Bay Packers drafted former Philadelphia High School football player Josh Boyd with the 167th overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Boyd, who stands just under 6'3" and weighs 310 pounds, started 41 of 51 games at defensive tackel for Mississippi State.
He totaled 33 tackles, one sack and two tackles for a loss during his senior year in Starkville while tallying 51 tackles as a junior in 2011.
The packers will use Boyd as a run-stuffer in their 3-4 defense.
