Three Wildcats Sign with MCC

A trio of Meridian high soccer standouts will stay close to home and continue their careers at MCC.

Val Hartley and Miles Huff signed with Meridian Community College Thursday. Both played for the wildcats for six years, making the playoffs three times, including a squad that advanced to the 6A south state championship game.

Wildcat senior (and Miles' triplett sister) Meme Huff will play both soccer and tennis for MCC next fall. She has played soccer and tennis for Merdian since the seventh grade.

Huff set a Meridian girls single season record when she scored 25 goals this season. She scored 24 as a junior.
