ORANGE BEACH, Alabama - This week Joel Payne is on the Alabama Gulf Coast soaking in the scene at the 26th annual Mullet Toss at the Flora-Bama oyster bar.

Joel gets to see everyday joe's and some celebrities (including college basketball coaches and former major leaguers) toss mullet across state lines.
