Lindsey has been the Sports Director at WTOK-TV since July, 1986. Prior to that, he was Assistant Sports Director at WDBB in Tuscaloosa for three years.
Lindsey and his wife Angela have five children; Tony, Hannah, Anna-Lindsey, Abby and Jackson.
A native of Florence, AL, Lindsey graduated from the University of North Alabama in 1984.
His hobbies include golf, fishing, softball, music and spending time with his family.
Lindsey is actively involved in community affairs such as sports auctions, March of Dimes and the State Games of Mississippi. He is a member of the Meridian Downtown Optimist Club and also a member of Highland Baptist Church.
His favorite time of the year is fall - best time to enjoy the outdoors and watch college football.
Lindsey was also voted "Best Sportscaster in Mississippi" by Associated Press in 1996!
