Fatal Accident

An investigation is underway into an accident that has claimed a life in west Alabama.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 84, eight miles east of Silas.

LaShannon Dozier from Millry was the victim.

Investigators say the 24-year-old's vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

The Alabama Highway Patrol is investigating the one-vehicle accident.
