Bond has been denied for a man charged with a shooting in Philadelphia. Kelvin McDonald is charged with manslaughter for the shooting death of Samuel Grady. It happened around 8 PM on Thursday, October 31st at an apartment complex on Pearl Street in Philadelphia. According to investigators, the shooting resulted from an argument between the two men. McDonald is also charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling. Bond for him on that charge has been set at $10,000.
