National Drug Take Back Day

Police in Demopolis, Ala., are calling a recent collection day for unused prescription drugs a success.

In all, residents turned in 23.4 pounds of unused prescription drugs to the Demopolis Police Department.

The collection effort was part of Saturday's 'National Drug Take Back Day' initiative.
