The cases of a mother and son in Wayne County accused in a murder are expected to go before a grand jury in June. Forest Johnston, who's age 20 and charged with murder, remains behind bars on a $1,000,000 bond. His mother, 46-year-old Mary Johnston, is charged with aggravated assault. Her bond is still $250,000. Both are accused in connection with the shooting death of one of their neighbors, 41-year-old Belinda Walters. The dispute was over messages on Facebook that Forest Johnston had allegedly sent to Walter's underage daughter. The shooting happened early Sunday morning at the suspects' house in the Pleasant Grove Community.
