Today marks the first day of fall, and it certainly delivered on that promise as some of us didn't make it out of the 70's for the second straight day. Temperatures will be on the rebound, though, as we head through the week.
Tuesday is an interesting day. An approaching system from the west will combine with just enough moisture off the gulf to give us a chance at not only rain, but thunderstorms too. Only giving it a 40% chance of rain right now, as computer models are in disagreement as to how much moisture will come in off the gulf. I'm not expecting much in the way of severe weather at this time but will continue to track over the next couple days.
The rest of your work week is looking fantastic, with temps staying in the mid to upper 80's throughout the week accompanied with mostly clear skies. I do believe that Fall is finally here to stay.
