Today was a transitional day for us weatherwise. It was warm and noticeably cloudy thanks to the cold front that is swinging through the state. Big changes to our weather comes tonight. We'll start to clear out and temperatures will drop into the low to mid 30s by daybreak tomorrow. Tomorrow will be partly cloudy and much, much colder. We should be able to reach the mid 50s in the WTOK viewing area, but with a brisk North wind, it will feel colder than that. If you are headed to Tuscaloosa or Oxford for football, temperatures there will most likely not make it out of the 40s, and with that North wind, it will feel like it's in the 30s, so you will definitely want to bundle up for those games! Lows Sunday morning will be the lowest we've seen this season with pretty much all of us falling below freezing, and most of us dipping into the 20s. Our temperatures will moderate Sunday and monday back into the 60s, but as a disturbance makes its way through the area Monday evening, we will see the chance for rain and some thunderstorms, some of which could be strong. Right now the setup doesn't look too conducive for much severe weather but we'll continue to keep an eye on it. After that passes, the rest of the week looks pretty seasonable for late November with highs in the low 60s and lows in the 30s and 40s.
