Temperatures this morning were able to bottom out right at freezing at Key Field, although temperatures only touched 32 for about an hour this morning. With ample sunshine, temperatures have warmed 30 degrees, and we will see another chilly night thanks to mostly clear skies, dry air, and a light breeze.
Saturday through our Veterans' Day will see some clouds passing by with temperatures slowly warming into the low 70s. Moisture won't really return, which will set the stage for a mostly dry cold front to pass through on Tuesday.
Outside of a stray shower, the only way we will tell a front passes on Tuesday is the wind shift and arrival of some very cold air. This air will be the coldest of the season so far with highs only in the upper 50s on Wednesday and lows at or below freezing Wednesday through Friday.
