Showers and storms have rolled through the area this afternoon with showers lingering behind the storms keeping rain chances in the forecast through the evening and even into the overnight. Outside of some isolated showers, we will dry out overnight. We could see some showers Tuesday morning and again late in the day as the last piece of this system finally exits the area.
Temperatures for our Tuesday will beheld into the 80s thanks to the clouds and rain. Once full sunshine returns on Wednesday, highs will be held into the 80s thanks to the cooler and drier air from the northwest. Overnight lows will drop toward 60 by Thursday morning.
Temperatures staying in the 80s will be short lived as highs return to the lower 90s by Friday and head into the middle 90s for Saturday.
As of now, our next system does not look to arrive until the Sunday/Monday time frame, which is when rain chances will return to the forecast.
