Skies have seen just a few high clouds with us through our afternoon hours, and we will only see some high clouds through the overnight. Clouds will increase a bit more for our Tuesday, but we will still see ample sunshine. Temperatures will remain close to 70 for tomorrow as well thanks to some cooler air still in place.
We start to change things on Wednesday as a cold front will approach from the west. Ahead of the front, winds will be from the south pumping in warmer and more humid air as well as additional cloud cover. Rain looks to hold off until after sunset Wednesday, with the potential rain holds off completely until Thursday.
The front will pass through and should exit by around noon on Thursday. Little rainfall accumulation is expected as the front will be falling apart as it enters the area. Behind it, cooler air makes its way in for a day as Friday will be a chilly one before temperatures return to the lower 70s for the weekend with just a few clouds from time to time.
