A cold front is expected to stall across the area Sunday and bring rain showers with it throughout the day. A leftover shower or two will be possible on Monday as well. Temperatures will be slightly cooler Monday behind our front, but still about normal for this time of year.
Another cold front is expected to move through Tuesday bringing more rain chances, but warmer weather as well. Highs will climb to about 70 degrees before showers arrive later in the day. Showers will exit early Wednesday with cooler conditions thanks to an arctic high in the center portion of the country. We aren’t expecting the radically cold air that we saw in January after those cold fronts, but we will see some cooler temps. All in all, it’s a much warmer forecast for the next 7 days than what we saw the previous 7 days.
