The cold front that is ushering in the much cooler air has cleared the viewing area and temperatures have dropped through the afternoon. Skies are clearing, and we will see clear skies through the overnight and into our Thursday. With cooler air in place, temperatures will climb back to about 60 degrees for Thursday.
We keep warming into the mid and upper 60s as we head into the weekend, but rain chances will start to return as our next system approaches. Saturday will see some afternoon showers possible as moisture begins to build ahead of our next system that will arrive on Sunday and bring us rain. At this time, no thunderstorms or severe weather look likely.
We will clear out and have a cool day for our Monday before what looks like a fantastic week will shape up for next week as highs will return to the 70s under full sunshine.
