Tropical Storm Debby Stalks Florida

Tropical Storm Debby is churning off of Florida's coast Monday, not far from where it was Sunday.
Florida Governor Rick Scott has declared a State of Emergency for Florida. Tropical Storm Debby has doused Florida with heavy rainfall, causing flooding and has even spawned tornadoes.
One person has been killed by a Debby-spawned tornado, and a search is underway for a man who disappeared in the rough surf off Alabama's coast.
