Showers and storms have been dropping heavy rain across the viewing area. For the most part the strongest of the storms have drifted to the southeast and rain showers will stay with everyone through about midnight. Overnight expect patchy fog to develop in low lying locations under mostly cloudy skies.
Sunday the isolated and scattered storms will once again impact most of the viewing area, with some of them strong much like today. Rain chances will stick around for the most part through the first part of the week before backing off as drier air arrives behind a front.
Highs for the next 7 days will stay in the lower 90s through the end of next week, however, the cooler weather doesn't look to stay for long. By the weekend it looks like another ridge begins to build in and we start warming back up into the middle 90s.
