Salvation Army reaching out to Philadelphia

MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) - The Salvation Army will be distributing cleaning and paper products Tuesday, June 30, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Philadelphia. 

The organization will be at the Neshoba Baptist Association parking lot at 903 Valley View Drive, handing out the supplies as the Baptist Association distributes food.  

The Salvation Army says this will be a monthly distribution. The details are still being finalized.

The group will continue its drive-through food distribution in Meridian, Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at The Salvation Army Social Service building, 120 6th Avenue. It also serves evening meals in to-go boxes, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., 7 days a week at 710 B. Street.
