MANSFIELD, Mass. (Gray News) - A man is accused of secretly recording under a girl’s skirt at a concert in Massachusetts.

Brandon Cora, 27, is charged with photographing sexual or intimate parts of a child.

Officers working at Xfinity Center during a Black Crowes concert were notified by venue security that a man used a cell phone to record beneath a 13-year-old girl’s skirt, according to the Mansfield Police Department.

Cora allegedly told officers that he has Asperger syndrome and that he has “problems with sexual attraction.” He also told officers that he has done this before, including just a few weeks ago at a Target store, according to WCVB.

Assistant District Attorney Amelia DeMelo said that when asked if this is something he does regularly, Cora said, “Somewhat, yeah,” WCVB reported.

Cora’s lawyer said he has no criminal record, is married and is undergoing therapy.

A judge ordered Cora to remain under house arrest with GPS monitoring, and he must not have any contact with children.
