Officers closed streets in the area of West Young Avenue and North College Street at around 10:30 a.m. after earlier setting up surveillance on a residence in response to a tip from the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Late Tuesday morning officers arrested Meundre Donshay Sanders, 21, and Dystiny Denice Davis, 25, on warrants charging capital murder, armed robbery and three counts of attempted murder.

Killeen officers recovered several guns, including one that may have been used in the deadly shooting.
