MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) - The annual Bikers United for Children Toy Drive was put on Saturday at the Northeast Conference Center.

Bikers from all over came to donate toys to the Wesley House. As part of the toy drive, bikers rode the streets of Meridian with a sleigh full of toys. The ride ended at College Park United Methodist Church where they continued to accept donations and fellowship. Organizers say this annual event is something the group looks forward to each year.

"At this time of the year, there are a lot of people who don't have the means to buy presents and stuff for their kids. This helps them out a lot,” says assistant coordinator Billy Tisdale.

All proceeds raised at the toy run will be donated to the Wesley House. The toy drive is put on the first Saturday of December each year.
