First half of the weekend is dry, showers on Sunday

01/24/20 - Tonight: Expect some cloud cover to stick around through the overnight hours, which will likely prevent low temperatures from dropping to below freezing. Low temperatures tonight will fall into the mid 30s. Winds will be breezy at times between 5 to 10 mph.

Tomorrow: For your Saturday, dry conditions will prevail but we will still have a mix of sun and clouds. Otherwise, high temperatures will be in the mid 50s so it will be an overall seasonable day for us. As we head into Saturday night, lows will drop into the upper 30s so chilly mornings will continue.

Looking ahead: After a couple of dry days, the rain will return back to the forecast with a couple of disturbances expected to move our way over the next week. A system in the Gulf will move inland during the day Sunday but there will not be enough moisture in place to create widespread heavy rain. So, we will go with periods of showers through out the day Sunday. We will get a slight break from the rain on Monday but another system will move in Tuesday and bring another round of showers through out the day. Even by Friday, more rain is expected. Overall, we are not expecting severe weather or heavy rainfall at this time, so these disturbances will be low impact. Temperatures will be fairly seasonable through out the forecast period.
