Two hundred and forty jobs were left open at Koch Foods' two locations after federal search warrants were served on seven locations last Wednesday, targeting them for employing undocumented immigrants.
The Mississippi Department of Employment Security asked that media not enter the building, given the touchiness of the situation, but a job fair was held Monday, specifically to fill the jobs left vacant.
Applications were taken through 5 p.m.
As of noon Monday the job fair had brought in 200 applications.
