Clouds and a few stray showers have been with us so far on our Monday, and that will be all that is with us through the evening hours as the cold front that brings rain won't arrive until the overnight and morning hours on Tuesday. Rainfall will mainly be light with rainfall totals generally near and less than a half an inch. Temperatures will hold steady, and even rise some, overnight ahead of the front with temperatures falling quickly during the second half of Tuesday.
We drop our lows into the middle 30s for Wednesday with highs back into the middle 60s. We keep warming into Thursday and Friday as our next system arrives. A shower or two is possible on Valentine's Day with scattered showers on Friday as highs push 70.
We will drop our highs again for the weekend ahead of our next system that could bring a few showers on Monday. The actual cold front will likely stay away until next Tuesday. Temperatures look to drop below normal as we head into the start of next week.
