Happy Monday! We are finally out of our rainy and stormy pattern and we look to transition over to a mostly dry pattern as high pressure settles on in. Temperatures have fallen mainly into the upper-50s and low-60s this morning, which is right around where we should be for this time of year. Be on the lookout for areas of patchy fog as you head out the door this morning. We’ll warm into the upper-70s and low-80s on our Monday under mostly sunny skies.
Temperatures will fall into the 50s area-wide for both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, with high temperatures both days in the low-80s. Though high pressure will be in control this week, a few disturbances may try to break it down by the end of the work week as the humidity factor increases. So I can’t entirely rule out a rouge shower by Thursday or Friday, but chances are too low to warrant mentioning in the official 7-day forecast.
Highs will make a run towards 90 degrees on Friday and Saturday until a cold front is expected to arrive on Sunday to knock down our high temperatures a bit and bring back rain chances to the forecast. Right now I am calling for highs in the mid-80s on Sunday with scattered showers and storms.
