Robbery
At 12:13 AM on October 21, 2019, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 800 block of 29th Avenue. The victim stated he was held at gunpoint and cash was taken, the case is currently under investigation.
Commercial Burglary
At 7:31 AM on October 20, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2200 block of Highway 39 North. Entry was attempted through a door.
Church Burglary
There were not any church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 1:52 AM on October 19, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle call in the 2200 block of Front Street. The case is currently under investigation.
At 4:59 AM on October 19, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle call in the 4100 block of South Street. The case is currently under investigation.
Auto Burglary
At 4:39 PM on October 18, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 600 block of 25th Street. Entry was gained through a window.
At 9:55 AM on October 19, 2019, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2000 block of Highway 45 North. Entry was gained through a window.
At 9:53 PM on October 20, 2019, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 100 block of Highway 11 & 80. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
At 12:52 PM on October 18, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 2900 block of 15th Street. Entry was gained through a window.
At 9:41 AM on October 20, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1400 block of 16th Street. Entry was gained through a door.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 10 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 5 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
At 7:07 AM on October 18, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a shooting call in the 1600 block of South 59th Place. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 1:17 AM on October 19, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a shooting call in the 2600 block of 16th Street. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 6:10 PM on October 19, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a shooting call in the 600 block of 12th Avenue. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 11:59 AM on October 20, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a shooting call in the 3300 block of 55th Place. The case is currently under investigation.
At 4:54 PM on October 20, 2019, Meridian Police responded to a shooting call in the 2100 block of 43rd Avenue. One residence, two vehicles and one individual were struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
