Police investigate Saturday night armed robbery

Meridian police are investigating an armed robbery that took place Saturday night in the city.
It happened around 9:45 p.m. Meridian Police Chief Benny Dubose says a black male entered the store located near 8th Street near 46th Avenue. The suspect reportedly pulled a gun on those while in the store. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.
