Happy Thursday! A few showers are pushing through our area this morning as a weak cold front moves on through. The rain today will mainly be during the morning hours. Patchy dense fog is likely in spots this morning, so be sure to leave a little bit of extra time to get to your destination this morning. Any fog will lift between 8 and 9 a.m. Afternoon temperatures on our Thursday will be in the low-60s. We'll see mostly cloudy skies tonight, with temperatures dropping into the mid-40s by Friday morning. Friday will feature mostly cloudy skies with a chance of a stray shower and high temperatures around 60 degrees.
A cold front will push through our area on Saturday, bringing with it another good chance of rain. Thunder is possible, but severe weather is not expected with this system. High temperatures will be around the 70 degree mark. After our mild Saturday, this frontal passage will usher in some of the coldest air we've seen so far this winter. We'll see partly cloudy skies on Sunday with highs only around 50 degrees.
By Monday morning, temperatures will have dropped into the upper-20s. Monday will feature sunny skies, but highs will only be in the upper-40s. Tuesday will be even colder despite mostly sunny skies. Tuesday morning lows will be in the mid-to-upper-20s with afternoon highs in the mid-40s. Wednesday will begin with temperatures in the upper-20s with temperatures approaching 50 degrees by the afternoon.
