We saw another round of showers across the area today, all thanks to an area of low pressure that has been situated over the deep south the past several days. The area of low pressure is going to break down as a weak cold front tracks towards us on Monday.
As the cold front passes through, an isolated shower or two may pop-up but overall, most of us will be dry. High temperatures will once again be at or close to 90. Behind the cold front will be much cooler and drier air. We will see high temperatures in the low to mid 80s through out the week ahead and low temperatures in the low to mid 60s. Dew points will be lower as well, in the mid to upper 50s, allowing the air to feel more comfortable.
Our next chances for rain will be late next weekend.
