11/09/19 - ** FROST ADVISORY in effect until 7am Sunday for Sumter, Marengo, Hale and Greene counties in western Alabama. Be sure to protect sensitive plants and vegetation tonight.

TONIGHT: It will be another night you want to have the heater running. Lows will be in the upper 30s. Skies will be clear with calm winds.

SUNDAY: We'll start off chilly in the morning but will warm up nicely in the afternoon. Expect abundant sunshine across the area with highs warming close to 70. Lows Sunday night will be in the mid 40s.

Our next weather maker: A cold front will drop down from the north late Monday night, bringing frigid arctic air behind it. We will have rain showers ahead of the front Monday evening through the early morning hours on Tuesday. There is a very slight chance of rain changing over to sleet early Tuesday AM, if the cold air can make it into the area before all the moisture is gone. Regardless, no accumulations or impacts would be expected.
