A few high clouds have been filtering in this afternoon, otherwise a beautiful day for us as temperatures have returned to the middle and upper 70s. We will see a mild night tonight as high clouds help keep lows in the 50s. Highs on Wednesday will reach the lower 80s as clouds continue to build ahead of our next system.
The Storm Prediction Center has placed our area under an Enhanced Risk for severe storms late Thursday, and while severe storms are possible, at this point I do not see evidence in forecast models to suggest widespread severe weather. We will most likely see a squall line move through the area with a damaging wind threat with an isolated tornado possible. We will continue to monitor this system as we get closer.
Leftover showers will be around on Friday with much colder temperatures are struggle to reach 60 for a high which will likely be earlier in the day. We will warm up through the rest of Easter Weekend with highs near 80 on Easter Sunday. We will be dry through the start of next week.
