Happy Tuesday! A weak cold front is pushing through the area today and could bring with it light stray showers or drizzle, mainly in the morning. Another mild day is in store for us today with highs expected to climb into the upper-60s. We’ll see partly to mostly cloudy skies today, with clearing skies overnight as high pressure starts to build in.
We’ll see plenty of sunshine for both Wednesday and Thursday as the aforementioned high pressure system dominates our area. It’ll be a lot cooler both those days with highs only in the low-to-mid-50s. Expect temperatures to drop to either at or below the freezing mark both Thursday and Friday mornings.
The next storm system is set to arrive Friday night and last throughout the day Saturday. Lingering showers may even be possible early Sunday morning. Decided to keep our rain chances the same as yesterday’s forecast, with stray showers in the afternoon on Friday, rain more likely on Saturday, and no precipitation chances on Sunday. Colder air follows this system, with highs struggling to even reach 50 by Monday.
