High clouds have been streaming through the area today to help keep temperatures cooler along with the cooler and drier air that has filtered into the area. We will keep the high clouds with us tonight through Wednesday afternoon which will keep temperatures from getting as cold as they could tonight and keep us slightly cooler for Wednesday. Highs will be in the middle 80s for Wednesday after we start off near 60.
We will see more sunshine for Thursday and Friday as a reinforcing shot of cold air arrives on Thursday to keep highs in the 80s through the rest of the work week.
Our cool down ends this weekend as high pressure and warmer temperatures build back into the area with highs warming back into the 90s and humidity returning as lows drop only into the 70s. We will see pop-up showers through our Father's Day Weekend as a result of the heat and humidity. Even with the storm chances, we won't see a washout through the weekend and into next week.
