COLUMBIA, Mo. -- The Alabama men's basketball team defeated Missouri, 70-60, Wednesday night at the Mizzou Arena. Graduate Avery Johnson Jr. led all players with 14 points off the bench with Alabama’s bench scoring 33 points in total.
Avery Johnson Jr. was one of two players in double digits for Alabama. Senior Donta Hall notched his eighth double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Alabama secures its first SEC road victory outscoring Missouri’s bench 33-15. All 10 Crimson Tide players that played in the contest scored.
Alabama stays on the road when it travels to Knoxville, Tenn. to square off against the No. 3 Tennessee this Saturday. The game will tipoff at 1 p.m. CT and will be televised on ESPN2.
